Bar
Bar space with ice machine, selection of glasses, glasswasher
Tasting Room
Room for tasting of spirits or drinks, equiped with tasting glasses, and connected to large tv screen with audio. Space for 8/10 people
White Tent Photo Studio
Perfect for drinks photography or bottle shots.
Rotovap
Low temperature vacuum distillation, can be used to create very fresh tasting distillates or to evaporate away unwanted liquid to concentrate flavours
Homogonizer
Used to make emulsions, when two liquids that arent necessarily soluble with each other into one smooth standardised liquid, e.g orgeat
Dehydrator
Used to remove the liqiud from things e.g. fruit/veg
Thermomix
High speed, high power mixer with temperature control. Great for making mixtures that need kept at a set temperature for periods of time
Blast Chiller
Used for chilling down hot mixtures to a working temperature very quickly
Bradley Smoker
Can be used for cold or hot smoking anything. Different wood pelelts available e.g. cherry,apple, hickory, oak
Cold Press Juicer
Presses juice out of anything at low temperature. Can be used for vegetable. Also has oil attachment for presing oil out of nuts/seeds
Induction Hob
Electric cooker with temperature settings comes with a pan
Carbonation Rig
For carbonating drinks for bottling or kegging. We can also supply the bottles/kegs
Centrifuge
A centrifuge separates out a liquid by density of different particles in it. Great for producing clear ingredients, or concentrated flavours
Brix Meter
Used for calculating sugar content of liquids
pH Meter
Used to work out the acidity / alkilinity of a liquid

Glass Distillation
A more conventional still, using heat so will be at boiling temperature. Can be used with sacrificial copper also
